How To Make Mongolian Beef Recipe

How To Make The Mongolian Beef Sauce:

In the pan with the beef and red wine, take off the beef.

Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the remaining oil from frying the beef. Mince some garlic and ginger together, and throw into a hot pan. Fry for 1 minute, without letting them turn brown.

Add 4 tablespoons of brown sugar. Fry for 1 minute.

Next, add 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper (depending on how spicy you prefer).
